I am very disappointed with the quality control of the finish, if they had tested the machine before selling it they would have noticed that the motor belt is either too big or the motor is not extended to increase the belt tension . I had to buy special tools to unbolt the motor and press it to give the belt the tension it needed to spin the wheel. a more user-friendly blind binder at the same price and some even slightly cheaper. I lost a day's work just because production didn't complete the simple task of testing the machine to determine that the wheels weren't turning and the belt was making noise because it was supposed to be loose. Something so easy for them to fix, but a lot of hassle and lost wages for me.
