It doesn't work! in my review

I bought this as a gift for my 9 year old granddaughter and we just tried to use it today. The tension for the thread does not work and the whole machine is very cheap and hard to thread and use. I would not recommend this for anyone. She was scared to use it and very disappointed.

All sewn up on my review.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old granddaughter. She loved it, she was trying to make doll clothes by taping the material together so I thought this would be a great tool for teaching her to sew and allow her to use her creativity. She loved it and her mother said it is a nice sewing machine. So I am sold on it.

Mini Sewing - my new review

I have gotten this for my grand daughter for Christmas. Ive sewed for years and this little machine is just ideal for abeginner like her. I like the fact that it has a safety cover at the needle. I have had an experience with a straight needle through the finger and its no fun. So that cover will keep her little fingers safe. Love this little machine.

Easy to use, easy to store

This was perfect size and function for small projects. We made masks, hair scrunchies, and a cat sweater (yes, a sweater for the cat). It stores away in a cabinet and is ready to go with no fuss or set up. Great beginners machine.

Great for beginners

So far so good. Even though I found myself using it more than my 5 year old who this is intended for, it works just like mommy’s big machine and is safe to use with the safety shield. I like the fact that it has a battery operated option just in case an outlet isn’t conveniently located. Made some Barbie clothes with ease and the stitch is fantastic. Once my little one gains confidence in her ability to sew I can see her having years of fun making stuff on her own. Very light weight and sturdy.

Functional and light weight sewing machine for beginners

I bought this sewing machine for me to do small sewing around the house and do-it-yourself crafts. Last time I bought an iron-on patch to fix my son’s pants, but it didn’t stay on, so I had to hand sew it on. It took me forever to finish it, that’s why I decide to buy this machine. Very nice mini sewing machine, received the product already threaded which is nice for beginners like me using a mini sewing machine. I like the part that it has a protective layer where you place on the outside of the needle area to protect it when you're not using it.

This broke immediately

Very good customer service, which was a relief because this was not the machine for me. Very small and fiddley and the lower bobbin was not functional from time of purchase. I was refunded swiftly.

Useful for small projects

I got this for my niece for her birthday, who is 15 year old and is interested in sewing. This machine is light weight and is very easy to install and operate. It good for beginners. It looks so cute. I showed her how to use it. And she could stitch a cute bow without my help.
