I bought this because of chronic neurological problems with my head and neck which was causing stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders. I was surprised when I first used this product by its effectiveness. Yesterday was my fourth day with Styles II. It's easy to grab and use and provides excellent extension to reach the lower back shoulders. At the right strength, percussion is therapeutic to my tense muscles. I use the lighter of the two settings. I like the long cord. I checked simple instructions and care. I only used it once a day. I stopped doing bi-weekly massage therapy a long time ago because of the tremendous expense. And now that I'm retired with a steady income, finding him has been a great blessing. I bought it without hesitation as other reviewers gave it such good ratings. I use different caps and find benefits from each. It's nice to be able to take care of your aging body yourself with this product.
