I had to buy new pajama bottoms for a few years and kept banging out a pair of old cotton pants that I should have thrown away a long time ago. I finally got around to buying new ones online. I wanted something soft and really comfortable, even a bit luxurious. Not cotton or flannel. A bow tie is fine (they don't have one) as long as it's buttoned up. I chose these CK modal pants even though I thought they were a bit pricey. They came in the mail this week and I tried them on. I was blown away by how comfortable they are. Soft, stretchy and they feel amazing. I'm 5ft 9in, muscle weight 215lbs. I wear jeans 34/30 and size L fits me perfectly. The hem just touches the floor. As if they were made for me. Loose enough to move around in, yet they look amazing and fall flatteringly. I was so impressed after trying them on that I went downstairs and immediately ordered a second pair. I slept in it all week and am very satisfied. They are just incredibly comfortable and soft. Sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night and immediately think of how comfortable they feel. Definitely worth paying the extra for this fabric, you won't be disappointed. The only downside I see is the elastic waistband instead of something with a drawstring. Let's see how it is worn like the rest of the pants. I'll probably hand wash them anyway (care tips read machine wash on gentle cycle and tumble dry normal.) As for the huge care labels that other reviewers rave about, I really don't understand people sometimes. The problem is solved;). UPDATE: 4 months later. still love her The only problem is that I no longer realize how ridiculously comfortable they are because I've gotten so used to them ;). I wear one pair to bed, another at home, and change them every week. Very happy with this purchase. UPDATE: 18 months later (May 2021). still love her I alternated two pairs weekly and wore them before bed between October and May. These two pairs survived two winters. I always wash them in the machine. However, one pair was frayed at the front of the thigh, which was disappointing. The other couple is still reliable. However, I like them so much that I bought another pair to replace a worn one when the price (which was 40% higher than when I bought it in late 2019 during the COVID panic) dropped to reasonable levels.
