This item was exactly what I was looking for. The elastic band is adjustable and snaps securely to stay in place. You won't even feel it's on. Inside there are two small pockets and one large one. It's fairly flat and not bulky / doesn't hang low at all. I have an iPhone 11 and with the extra large headphones in, it just fits (comfortable, not forced). A larger phone may fit, but not with headphones attached. It's nice because there's a small hole for the headphones so you can always close it securely. Ghat Love is sweat resistant. Overall it was better than I expected and my house key also fits in the small pocket (won't fit in your entire keychain or wallet).
