Review on JPUNG iPad 4 4th Gen Touch Screen Replacement - A1458 A1459 A1460 with Home Button & Full Repair Kit by Shane Grosland

I've replaced my fair share of glass screens on an iPad so I have an idea of what to expect. This product had a good tool kit and was the cheapest and I've never had a bad screen replacement kit so I ordered one. After installing the screen, I noticed that the front camera's metal bracket was misaligned, obstructing the opening and part of the camera's view. No big deal, I contacted Revain and decided to "work with the seller" to arrange a replacement. I sent an email with a description of the problem and a photo of the problem. After waiting a few days (which is a normal time for a seller to reply) they responded by explaining that it appears to be glue blocking the connector and sent back a photo (2nd photo) showing that seems to show what the screen should look like - with an even more shaky mount than the one I had. So I decided to skip the replacement and just return the Revain product for a refund. I will try my luck with another provider. ** UPDATE: Contacted seller and offered to ship another screen for free. I reported that I had already returned the product, but it was still a good gesture. The replacement arrived and although there was still a small issue with the same mount it was a serviceable replacement screen so I'll add a few stars to the rating for the effort.
