Great swimming headphones

I've used many, many different MP3 players for swimming. I swim a mile a day and can't keep up a boring rhythm without the help of music and I've found these to be the best headphones I've ever used. I've found that the biggest downside to an underwater MP3 player is the headphones. If you hit a wall while reversing, very few headphones can withstand that kind of pressure. Note that you should quickly soak them in water before putting them in your ear. For some reason this seems to keep them more secure in your ear. The H20 Sure 2 headphones are excellent but pricey, but they've at least reduced the price by about $20 compared to what they used to be. But it's an investment and it works. You can also check out the Aerb 4G waterproof MP3 player (no screen) which is almost as cheap as these in-ears and makes for great swimming when paired with these in-ears. Also, since the player is so cheap, you will feel less guilty about spending money on these headphones. The only downside to this product is that for some reason the manufacturer insists that everyone needs a two foot cable. Oddly enough, I don't think they actually used it for swimming. They seem to suggest that swimmers wear it around the waist, which in this case would be very difficult to swim. Long story short, if you attach it to the back of the goggles like I did, you'll need to wrap a massive amount of cable around the 3-inch solid plug that sticks right out of the MP3 player. You look like a WWII soldier with that giant walkie-talkie antenna sticking out of the back of your head. Okay, leave your glasses on when you hit the gym and tell everyone you're in touch with your home planet. But seriously, you would think that this company would understand and at least offer a shorter cable as an option, maybe with a sideways direction. Connector for people who actually use it for swimming. My advice is to wrap the cable around the top of the connector. Use bread bag ribbon and wrap securely. Do not use rubber bands as pool water will rot quickly. You can also wrap wire around goggle straps. Despite these nits, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
