This is the worst junk we have ever bought and we have experienced poor customer service. Don't buy this! Adjustable parts do not retain the setting. Plastic parts fall off. A small base means it will fall constantly. The microphone isn't bad, but otherwise the stand is complete junk. We only used it once when everything started falling apart. But be careful. Ouch! So we sent photos to Movo and found that their customer service representative wasn't very friendly. Even though we sent the photos he wants us to send them to the company before they redeem the guarantee. So the customer (me) have to spend time, money and inconvenience to ship it and wait to get there to ship a replacement. Wow. Thank you Movo. I can see where the customer is on your priority list.
