The team is very responsive when it comes time for questions or concerns about their service/representation as well how they will handle my case moving forward! Sometimes I feel like there could be more communication between myself & client regarding updates if needed - but this isn't always an issue because we are able keep track via email throughout our engagement which makes things easier than having phone calls every step along way!!
