I like that it's very easy for me as an individual user, or small business owner with limited resources (time) in order of importance:- Easy-to use interface.- User friendly features suchas creating reports etc.,etc..
- Very good customer service team who are always willing/able answer any questions you may have regarding your account! Nothing really at this time but if there was something i would say maybe add more options when sending out emails so they can be customized according certain criteria? For example; send email from "Support@companyname" insteadof just supportemail address only.
