Wrong description?

I only received 100 not 500. Also they are paper/cardboard. (Thicker than paper but very thin cardboard) I was looking for a reusable plastic. Customer service was quick to respond although instead of giving me a simple discount or something they are only supposed to refund me 100 which seems like a waste for such a cheap item. I gave it 2 stars because if you're looking for paper T cards and they send the right 500 then it's fine.
