Lutron Caseta Dimmer not working

This light is high quality, bright, but it is not compatible with Lutron Caseta Dimmer, it will flicker. This light is designed for dimming with an external 0- control voltage of 10V or a variable resistor of 10 KΩ, 2 wires come from the power pack. To make this light usable I had to replace the Lutron Caseta dimmer with a Lutron Caseta on/off switch, no dimming.
