Buttons do not match

I have an iPhone X and while this case looks exactly like an Otterbox and snaps easily onto the iPhone X, don't be fooled. It's fake because the button layout is so wrong that you can't operate the volume buttons and screen on/off button when the case is on. The difference is so small that it is simply not noticeable. But when you try to press the buttons, they don't align and therefore don't work.
