Medium and hard bristle brush!
I was very impressed with the price and quality. It's not soft at all, more like medium-hard, which I really liked, and I've been looking for a hard-bristled brush for a long time! Dad liked it and so did I. I find it cleans my teeth well. I'm sure there are many people who like medium bristles.
