Review on 🌊 Cascade with Phosphates Professional Fryer Boil Out 85-oz (1): Powerful Cleaning Solution for Deep Fryers by William Hilzer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My glasses are clear and my cutlery is sparkling again!

I have a Bosch dishwasher with low water consumption and high efficiency *cough* "fryer". I couldn't decide if it was my hard water, the dishwasher, or removing phosphates from dishwashing liquid (it all happened around the same time I installed the dishwasher), but all my glasses are tinted white and my dining room utensils are in disrepair. streaked and dull, although all food remnants were brushed off before washing. When guests came, my dishes looked better handwashed with Dawn, which I feel defeats the purpose of a dishwasher. I've tried Lemon Shine, Jet Dry, White Vinegar, Citron Acid, Borax, Laundry Soda, Lemon Juice, Finish, everything that's been on the shelves for years and nothing has kept my dishes clean. I only add about a tablespoon of this powder to my regular dishwashing powder every 5 loads or so and it removes the residue from my dishes. So happy with it but I don't use it on every boot because it seems expensive. This box is about the size of a standard pack of dishwashing liquid. However, it enhances the effect of normal detergents and cleans the inside of my dishwasher. The manual filter in my dishwasher (if you have trouble with the dishes, check if your dishwasher has a removable filter at the bottom, you might be surprised) stays clean now too, no more slime build up!
