The previous brand of egg white I bought was Trader Joe's Life Balance. It was exactly what I wanted. Life balance has become impossible. After much research I bought NOW Sports Nutrition because of the properties and the price. I love that it has no additives, it's pasteurized and it's not overpriced. Well, it turns out that NOW Sports and Life Balance are probably from the same brand. The description and instructions on the label are literally the same (only the brand name changes). Both are also manufactured in Bloomingdale, Illinois. So, after much research, I happened to buy the same thing again. This is great if you have it in your zombie-proof bunker. It provides an additional source of shelf-stable protein. I also love that it can be used in baking and as a safe substitute for recipes that use raw egg whites like meringues or sorbets. Does he slide? Of course, because it's just protein powder, nothing else. To avoid this, dietary supplements are required. Stir or mix and it's good.
