FINALLY! Toilet for a mobile home the size of a residential building. Although they claim that the toilet lid and seat are designed for living quarters, neither a regular round nor oblong replacement will fit properly. The seat/lid is 15" wide and the rectangle measures 16" and 17" to the edge of the fasteners. Most residences won't fit, at least the ones I've found at Home Depot, Lowes, or Ace. Like that. Only to clear up the confusion it does NOT have a standard residence/cover but it is the largest of any RV toilet I have seen Very light weight and installation was very easy It comes with new thumbscrews, nuts, grommet and a dose GW/BW treatment by Thetford If you are a full timer or not this is definitely an upgrade I would recommend Now I see many minutes on the throne in the library Update: 2nd April 2016 Updated information on seat -/References Full time is here and I'm still very happy with the toilet.
