Caused by Extremely Dry Skin

I really liked, they were natural and biodegradable. I usually use water wipes but can't use them fast enough. I thought this band sounded good, I liked that it's biodegradable. But don't get her. They made my poor child's skin so dry. It wasn't a rash, it was dry, flaky skin. I had to put lotion on my child's groin as the skin was peeling off like a snake. Do not do that.
