I bake cakes as a cottage business. My son has a pop-up stand where he makes enchiladas, steak sandwiches, and soups. He had an event and needed some desserts but wanted cheesecake as well as cake. My cake boxes are fine but a little too tall. I found these and they’re just right for cheesecake. They’re a little tricky to keep open enough to not scrape the sides of a cheesecake, but they’re sturdier than another one that I tried. What I really want is a box that is 3” tall but constructed like a cake box so that it opens on one side which would allow me to slide the cheesecakes into the box, but I couldn’t find those anywhere. These will do.
