Left haif feeling stiff and not brush able

I really wanted to love this product. The color's are great and it's easy to apply. It is more like a colored gel. For short hair, this may work great, as long as you don't want your hair to move. I have long hair and it does NOT work well. My hair was so stiff and when I tried to brush it out, I lost so much hair.I wish there was a way to get this on and keep your hair soft and flowing.I would not recommend for long hair or if you want your hair to move.Such a bummer.

They changed the colour from a chrome like silver to a dull gunmetal gray. It really used to brighten up my silver hair and now it makes it dull and dingy. So bummed.... I''ve been using this for two years now but it looks like I''ll have to find something else
