I don't understand why ordering the blade already in the holder (OLFA hole punch) only got to me in 5 days and ordering just a replacement blade took a month. They're both in the same package - OLFA - and I assume they're from the same place. Apparently I was wrong. Haven't used the spare blade yet but the cutter does exactly what I need - see fine perforations.
