It's easy to use, it gives me access to my data from anywhere in the world and allows me to pay monthly instead of yearly. I've used this service since they started offering subscriptions but never had any problems. They're great! The only thing that could be improved is the payment gateway integration (PayPal). Otherwise everything works as expected. Get yourself an account now and try it out - there are no downsides at all so why not? Monthly subscription payments have been easier than annual ones. Accessing our CRM system has become much more efficient which saves valuable time.
