Video out Didn't work with HDMI-VGA adapter
Fits perfectly on my surface All USB ports work but the video out (HDMI) seemed to work poorly but here the problem may be in the video adapter I've tried (HDMI TO VGA) so the video output didn't work for me in this case and I don't have a monitor with an HDMI port to test this feature.
