Very good. Exactly like in the photo. A good gift

My photos say more than I can here. It's a beautiful thing, and it can certainly be used for more than just sitting around with napkins in hand. It's quite heavy, as lead crystal usually is, and captures the light by offering prisms when in the right position. I chilled it by putting it in the fridge for a while and then used it to serve with potato salad, fruit salad and shrimp. I've used it as a fruit bowl to hold smaller items like grapes and cherries, kiwis and plums and I have a second one that I use to store my lemons/limes on the fridge shelf. Doesn't let them ride or I have to open the vegetable drawer every time I want/need it. It's square so if you're buying cloths for it make sure they're not the thinner, oblong ones you can buy in a case at the grocery store as the edge will curl to the side (see pics with my notes) . I personally don't care what the family towels look like as we stuff unused take-home towels in all shapes, sizes and folds anyway for future use. Just want you to know that if you are using it for fun or as a gift, it will fit 6" napkins nicely without distortion. a pillar candle with greenery or flowers, light snacks and even as a "vase" for my shorter tea roses from my garden. thousands of uses. I don't think you will be disappointed. If yes, you can gift it to me! :)

Pros

Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
