These are my favorite Non Doc Martin shoes at the moment - I'm 5'6" but love the extra lift the heel gives me. You are so versatile; but they really dress up a pair of jeans and pretty much anything! When I ordered mine I read all the reviews and followed their advice to order 1/2 or 1 size larger than my usual as I usually take a 9 or 9.5. ordered them at 10 and they fit perfectly especially if like me you wear flats most of the time; A narrow toe paired with a medium heel can make your toes feel cramped, but with the additional half size more room, I've never had that problem. In fact, in winter I found them to fit well even with a pair of socks (medium thickness, no "pant socks". Signs of that, I'm definitely ordering more - service was excellent, arrived 2 days after ordering.
