Review on 🌿 Glade Carpet and Room Refresher: Refreshing Clean Linen Scent for a Fresh Home, Ideal for Pets, Smoke, 32 Oz, 6 Pack by Kevin Grizzle

I usually use Arm & Hammer Carpet Deodorant, which I can find at my local grocery store. It's more eco-friendly, packed in a cardboard box, helps remove pet hair from the carpet, and the fantastic smell lasts all week. But it is more expensive and wears out quickly even in our small one-room apartment. Decided to try this as it was cheaper and I bought in bulk. As many have mentioned, they spill when you get them. Everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. There was a layer of powder on the bottom of the box despite being carefully wrapped in plastic. The lids of the vials came off during shipping, some were not attached at all so the powder was scattered everywhere. I didn't lose too much product but it was a nuisance to unpack and had to be cleaned. I'm also not a fan of scents. It has a very artificial clean laundry smell that reminds me of many other "cheap" detergents and candles I've had in the past. No refreshing scent. It's very strong when you first use it to vacuum, and then it's gone the very next day. In terms of performance, I find that deodorizing dirt off the carpet a bit helps. But I feel like I don't get as much pet hair and even the powder itself back into the vacuum as I do with the Arm & Hammer brand. And now I'm stuck with a HUGE amount of a product that is easy. OK . I have about half left which I'm trying to get through before going back to my old purchase. I found it wears out very quickly even though I don't over-dress. So hopefully this will be over soon. I also don't like how quickly it wears out and then leads to plastic waste. The plastic lids also don't stay tight during shipping, so this type of product packaging doesn't make much sense. I wish they could switch to plastic free packaging! I would not recommend this one. Do yourself a favor and try another brand!
