I've seen them in some cooking videos. Went straight to Revain and ordered a set. I don't need six of these but I wanted to share them with my daughter. We buy meat for the whole family or in bulk for our freezers. Then we pack the meat into portions that we use before freezing. When packing large quantities of meat, hands get dirty and it is too difficult to wash them between filling different sized ziplock bags. We've only used them once to pack some meat and frozen veggies (chopped peppers and seeds). In my opinion they worked well. My daughter needed a little persuasion. That day we were working at my house and she didn't agree to use them. After we finished she asked if I could keep one for her to take home. LOL I told her I bought them so she would have three of them. add to Instant Pot if needed. So that's a use for them. They seemed to work well and the liquid and other ingredients seemed heavy enough to test the clamps that hold the bags open and in place. I particularly like the fact that they can be adjusted to three different bag sizes. I use sandwich-sized bags for a couple of chicken breasts each. Then I put those bags into gallon size bags. I can use as many smaller packets as I like depending on how long I'm cooking or how much I need for each recipe I'm making. For some things I also use liter freezer bags. I do the same with ground beef, pork chops, diced steaks, etc. So we use a lot of haversacks and I look forward to these helpers to make my job easier. more time on different things to see how well they hold up but I have a good feeling from the first use. Someone had a good idea who designed it. I am for everything that makes life and work easier. I think it's "winner"!
