I bought these as 'refurbished' and they sound fantastic. They also connect very securely via Bluetooth. Battery life is about half of the advertised 8 hours, and no, I don't listen at full volume, mostly TV shows for 1-2 hours at a time. The charging case works pretty well, although sometimes you have to wiggle it back and forth to make contact. Yesterday they put out a low battery warning for the first 45 minutes of use, coming straight from a charged case. One day they came out of the case dead as it showed two of the three LEDs. Although they are usually fine. I was a little disappointed that there were no "big" silicone pads in the box, nor was it listed in the description. I can use size "XL" but size "L" would probably be perfect. The quality of the materials is very high and they stay in place.
