The shoes fit perfectly and are tough enough to walk through the Sahara, the Nile and the Red Sea.
The shoes did what I expected. South Florida is hot and Egypt is hot. It's not even summer yet. They brought comfort to Egypt for the weather. For Egypt, you need a closed sock, but still some airspace so your feet can breathe. It did everything. Comfortably equipped and armed through sandstorms on horseback.
