Review on Cornucopia 2oz Clear Glass Jars - Airtight Cosmetic Jars for Creams, Balms & Aromatherapy (12 Pack) by Mike Griffin

These are my new spice jars and they are great! Quality: As others have said, the glass is high quality, clear and thick. The lid is a high quality glossy black plastic (doesn't seem flimsy) with one of those wax paper liners keeping it sealed. It seals fairly tightly, so if you want to use it for cosmetics you should be safe with thicker substances like waxes or creams, but traveling with a real liquid here would be a gamble. I love the Nalgene travel containers that keep my liquids from leaking. This is definitely enough to keep herbs, spices or 1/8 weeds fresh for several months. Size: I photographed a standard size spice jar. It's less than 1/2 the height and slightly wider. External dimensions are 2-1/8" in diameter and 2" tall. It holds 2 oz. (i.e. 1/4 cup or 60ml) to the brim under the threads, allowing just over 2oz to be added if needed. Inside. Packaging: Some reviews from early 2016 said the cans arrived broken. I bought them in January 2017 and they were carefully wrapped in double bubble wrap. Looks like Revain has taken care of this issue.
