Not all that bad, but there are minuses.

* Compatible with all file systems other than FAT32 I want to make it clear straight immediately that I was completely conscious of what I was getting, and I urge everyone to investigate the matter as thoroughly as possible. Product information and industry standards can be found in abundance on the internet. I came to the conclusion that the best application for this flash drive would be as network storage on my home router. The fact of the matter is that a solid-state drive uses + -500 milliamperes, while flash drives typically do not exceed 100 milliamperes. On the other hand, a router (which is embedded on MIPS) is extremely sensitive to power consumption and, from file systems, "can" only use the EXT2 / 3 family /4 and FAT32. Only out of curiosity, I attempted to format the USB flash drive using the EXT3 file system. Due to the fact that the operating system logged some metadata in Extremely tiny parts while in synchronous mode, the case took four hours longer than it should have. It was the same thing that took place with EXT2/4. I made the decision to format the drive using NTFS and check out how quickly it could write data while also cleaning the table of contents. Even though it was a poor performance, the write speed for medium-sized files using NTFS was approximately + -3-5 MB/s. This is considered a result (5-10Mb). But, while using the FAT32 file system, the flash drive will "show itself." +/-15 megabits per second is the recording speed. Nevertheless, as you are aware, FAT32 has a number of limitations, the most important of which is that the file size must not be larger than 4 gigabytes. FAT32 cannot be used for recording movies or other activities that require the storage of a significant amount of data in a single file. The result is that the flash drive will find its "niche" audience, and it will only work tolerably with the FAT32 file system. - Not appropriate for the storage of huge files - Not appropriate for the "rapid" exchange of data

Pros
  • Low power consumption despite the product's substantial volume (we got 128G).
Cons
  • A sluggish writing speed*
