They're not as comfortable as my last headset but they're cuter so I think it's a compromise with them. The sound quality is great and they're not exactly noise-cancelling, but I have trouble hearing what's going on around me when they're on me. I use them for phone calls, gaming and listening to music, so I spend several hours with them most of the day and my ears start to hurt after a while. I haven't fiddled with the volume buttons to be honest, but it's definitely easier for people to hear me with this wired headset than without it when I'm on a call, so I try to use the wire fully at the time , unless I have to. I just listen to music and then use Bluetooth. Overall these are decent headphones for the price, the only downside is the fact that they get uncomfortable after a long time as they crush my ears a bit.
