Good sized mug keeps drinks cold. 40 oz bottle Easy to carry and easy to fill. The lid, on the other hand, is incredibly poorly designed. When the lure is fully open 90 degrees, it is furthest from your face next to the cap handle. You have a choice of tipping the bottle, which is fine until you're trying to drink the last few ounces of water, or turning the bottle upside down and drinking through a straw, with your chin resting on the lid handle. Such a clumsy design I'll probably be sending it back which is a shame. I had high hopes for this bottle.
