They're great for accessories and supplies
I bought these to expand the keyboard/mouse on my Raspberry Pi. They work great and haven't had any problems. One thing to consider is that they are "active", meaning they have built-in signal amplification circuitry. They draw power for the amplifiers from the computer/device they are connected to. In my case I had to buy a higher current rated power supply for my PI to accommodate these cables as well as some other circuitry I added to the Pi. If you use them on a regular PC/Mac/Playstation, you won't have any problems.
