Dry and immiscible with paints, wall care products and consumables

The green part of the glow around the lid and rim is dry. No stirring or shaking will bring it back to its more liquid shine. I ended up having to put some dried paint in a small plate and some liquid, then puree to mix. It didn't go smoothly. It took about 5 coats to get the likeness of the product on my piece. It didn't glow at all, even when left in the sun for hours and then placed in a dark room. I would have sent it back but it was such a mess with the tin that I decided to just throw it away.
