Review on 📷 Manfrotto 755XB MDEVE Aluminum Tripod Review: Built-in 50mm Ball Leveler, Black by Don Devine

This model is my last purchase of several Manfrotto "MDEVE" type tripods. I hooked it up to a Manfrotto 701HDV Pro Fluid Video mini head. All purchased through Revain.com. This combination works very well with my Canon HS100 and HV30 camcorders. The tripod leveling feature works great. I shoot outdoors almost exclusively and this makes leveling quick and easy. This model has a retractable center column that elevates the camera position above my 5ft 10in eyeballs. Legs easily extend and fold for height. On the side, next to the twist lock of the column, there is a hook for hanging the weight. No problems so far and I'm happy with the purchase. (Note to Revain: The photo accompanying your product page for this item is correct. I knew this from further research, but please consider changing it.) UPDATE 8/28/2010 Revain appears to have complied with my request for the corrected product to have taken seriously photo. Not the best photo, but it now looks like the right tripod. Also, I've added a photo of myself taken while using it.
