A 14 year old very irritable pug at home - not me - has been fed chicken for the past 6 months since refusing the food. Over the years I have only fed my dogs very high quality food and duck based food has always been my food of choice especially for my working and ranch dogs and my Labbie companions also loved duck food. Excessive Spoiled loves it and can't get enough, proving my almost fifty year old rule that dogs will always eat duck and noise and smells from behind stop immediately. I know it's a bit pricey, but chicken isn't cheap, and the ingredients in cheap dog food, or even average quality dog food, that I won't talk about or describe will make you pull your toenails out. It's absolutely worth every penny.
