Using this tool helped me understand my customer's pain points better than I could have done otherwise as it had data from multiple sources (including social media). The dashboard is quite comprehensive but can be overwhelming for new users who don't know where or how they should start using all of these tools in order to get an overview about their customers' issues/concerns with them which leads into solving those problems more effectively. It also helps us track our sales pipeline status so that we are always aware if there any opportunities left unclosed by clients at different stages within each stage.
