Tried on the day after surgery hoping they would provide the compression to minimize the pains of getting out of bed but unfortunately felt as if they were doing more harm than good. I was probably around 155lbs after delivery and had ordered the S/M. As other reviewers mentioned-(1)The leg holes were far too small/tight and (2)It rolls down ever so slightly at the top which is annoying to have to adjust.I tried wearing again a handful of days later for subsequent days but they just weren’t doing it for me so they are getting packed away. I switched to this company’s other product I had already - the UpSpring Shrinkx Belly Band and it helped give the compression I needed to keep me feeling secure and less like my insides might fall out.
