I wish I liked these more; I have a friend that loved them. However, while the rest of the underwear was great - supportive, thick fabric, fit well, liked the silicone panel over my incision - the seams around the leg holes had no give and cut into me. I tried wearing over a few days to see if I would get it used to it or if they would stretch, but, alas, no good. I think these were a lifesaver! I put them on as soon as they let me take a shower. They felt a little too tight at first and a little painful but I stuck it out thinking eventually they would feel better. I was right! I think they helped me recover quicker even. I even bought a set for my sister who had a c section a month after me. I highly recommend these! I still wear them at night!

The compression in these feels excellent; however, I wish they made a different cut other than the high waisted or the bikini cut. They need to make these in brief cut and it would be the perfect product. The bikini cut is too low and the high waisted rolls because my ribs are wider than my waist. Brief cut would be perfect. Also, It feels great to add a rolled hand towel and place inside the panty over the incision, the extra pressure makes a world of difference.

If your looking for tummy control, or a spanx like product, these are nor for that. They obviously are very high, so you wont have an underwear waste band line.

Just like any other shapewear but I do like that it has that silicone part for the incision area. The thigh part is tight though.

Fits as described. Almost like "post op spanx".I'd give it five stars if they weren't so expensive. It's beneficial to wear underwear like this everyday after the c section for several weeks. However, with the price point being so high, there are only so many one can buy at a time.

These are a nice option that provides some smoothing while your abdomen is shrinking postpartum. In terms of shapewear they are not the most constricting, however, I find that to be particularly uncomfortable at this point. For me the silicone strip aligned with my C-section scar. Post pregnancy I came to grips with being L/XL for all of my clothing. These hurt my groin area, waist and thighs for a while until I lost even more baby weight. I absolutely love these. I used them with my first baby and gave them away. Regereted it once I found out I was pregnant again.A few weeks away from my next c-section and I had to have them again.
