I bought one of these as soon as I knew I may have my twins via C section. I wanted something that would provide some support post surgery but also help with my incision. After getting a binding "belt" from the hospital I was told not to wear it while sleeping but was told this product was ok to sleep in so that's what I did. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the incision can sometimes rub up against other parts of your stomac while healing and had some cosmetic changes in the scar due to that. I noticed once I starting wearing these panties that didn't happen any more. So I really wished I had put them on earlier so I could've avoided that. I'm still wearing them over a week after surgery and have gone back and purchased a couple more so I could rotate them.
