A must have for roast chicken or fried food!
My mum always told me I needed a rack to cool fried food, I didn't think it would make such a difference. I'm tired of eating less crispy fried foods after wiping them with a paper towel or just laying them on a plate. It's such a cheap and easy addition to your home cooking, and if you fry things or need crispy things after you've taken them out of the oven, this is for you.
