I had pretty calloused feet from being so cold and dry here in winter and lotion didn't help. I wanted to try such a device instead of doing all kinds of manual work on my feet. It came loaded, but I loaded it too. You get a USB plug, extra attachments and a small brush. Wow, this thing is intense and it really works. I literally saw the dust coming off my calluses which is pretty gross lol. The only problem is that sometimes it grabs and pulls on my skin and it hurts a lot. I didn't know how to prevent it and every time it happened I would jump up and down and get scared not to mention hurt. At one point I thought I was going to bleed, but it doesn't cut into the skin. I've noticed that my skin on my legs is very wrinkled because it's so dry, so I think it has something to do with it. When I slowed down and didn't move him quickly, but didn't push hard either, he didn't seem to do it as often. But because it happens I'm kinda scared to use it not knowing when it will happen again. As such I find it very effective and relieves you of not having to make any manual products but using it with care.
