Used this kit to decorate my very first cake. All in all I found it very nice. I particularly liked the little cake stand/turntable that made it easy to smooth the icing and line up the edges. Although I didn't make the flowers for this cake, I liked that the kit included flower nails and a pair of scissors which are not included in all cake decorating kits. Overall I found it good value for money. My two minor complaints are that (1) it's a bit difficult to clean and store everything because there are so many small parts that it's difficult to stuff everything back into the box once it's out, and ( 2) the piping tips are quite small. As a result, it's difficult to get a nice, fat rim around the cake. I had to circle the edge twice to make the border as thick as mine. (To be fair with the set, I made the topping with whipped cream so it never looks as pretty/chewy as buttercream.)
