Wanted to see what the fuss was about. I have a pair of Kimber 8VS's that I've worn for many years and I'm really not happy with them, just wanted to try something different. I've been comparing back and forth endlessly and found a few things: the bass isn't clipped, but it's poorly controlled. The cymbals had a nice smooth sound, but veiled. They do some things well, but not everything. the clarity I was looking for but couldn't find. There are those who prefer to say that I'm crazy and that there is no difference between cables. That's some nonsense. Listen to yourself and you are the judge. In my opinion these guys are selling an extremely heavy, well-made cable (which men like) that doesn't quite suit me. It's an anti-cable cable company. They terminate cables from other companies and sell them at a reasonable price. I bought these with the words "what have I got to lose". This idea alone will generate sales since the initial cost is available to almost anyone. I will not belittle the people who swear by it. Let your ears guide you. What do you have to lose?
