I love this rink and got my money back in the first week! I use it for menopausal hot flashes and it's the only thing that can cool me down instantly. I keep it in the freezer door and take it out several times a day. The cold temps stay on the roller itself for a long time when you take it out of the freezer which is awesome! It sometimes has light ice crystals on it, but that has never bothered me with my hot flashes! :) My son also used this for a chemical rash he got on his face from a certain facial product that was burning parts of his face. So you can use it to cool and burn (or sunburn). Definitely recommend!
