Pharmacy quality whitening toothpaste worked better for me

with this product but to be honest Colgate optic white and Crest 3D white work better and are much cheaper. I've always used the cheaper brands I mentioned and after switching to them my teeth became more yellow so I switched back. I would recommend you save money.
