Good low cost option
acceptable option to bosu ball.I ended up returning this because of the placement of the non-slip feet - I'm using it for balance training & need to stand on the platform side. The feet are all around the platform in the middle. Good for non slip and pushups, but you have to stand on the little plugs. I mean you can, but I have bad feet & it hurt, so I got another brand where the feet are on the outside edges
- This is a great product . The only thing it should come with instructions and ways to use it
- I try to use it and the resistant band broke . Quality is very bad .
