As part of the fight against hallux valgus, which was diagnosed in my son, the baby and I began to visit the pool. To be honest, we fulfill all the recommendations of doctors, the child walks both at home and on the street only in special orthopedic shoes, practices on an orthopedic mat, wears orthopedic insoles, undergoes a massage course once every six months, practices on the Swedish wall, but results in correcting valgus I do not see. Sometimes I get scared because there is no result and despair covers me, it seemed to me that we were very active in the fight and therefore the victory would be quick, but the problem turned out to be more complicated than I expected. But, moments of despair pass and a second wind opens up - new orthopedic shoes were bought for spring and summer, in April the baby is waiting for another massage course and we went to the pool. We were going to the pool for a very long time, preparing certificates, waiting in line to get into the group, buying everything we needed, and with the onset of spring, a breakthrough "to the sea" (as my son calls the pool) was made. Today I want to tell you about the ARUNA swimming pool, sea and sports shoes, which I bought so that the child is not afraid to slip while exercising in the water. I don't know how to swim myself, so I signed up for the Mom and Baby training group for children under the age of 7. In this group, children work out together with their parents, performing exercises demonstrated by the trainer. Under the supervision of a coach with parental support, children learn to swim. At home, bathing in the bathroom, the son constantly clings to the side, afraid to slip. What if itโs far from the side, and all around there is a huge expanse of water in which children are floundering from all sides? Reflecting on this issue, the thought came to my mind about the need to buy special Czechs. I bought ARUNA Czech shoes on the website of the Waldberris online store, where the price for a pair is 560 rubles. Czechs are sold fixed on a cardboard hanger. Outer packing - plastic bag. And although Czechs are sold under the ARUNA brand, the manufacturer is called Mikatex LLC. The product is made in Russia. The label affixed to the packaging states the following ingredients: Sole - 88% polyvinyl chloride and 12% cotton; Top - 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Let's open the package. Since I have a boy, I chose deep blue Czech shoes, print with cars, but the website of the online store presents a huge number of prints and colors. After removing the cardboard hanger, it becomes clear that all information on the care of the product printed directly on it, along with a brief description of the product. My son is now 2 years and 9 months old, I purchased Czech shoes in size 24-26, aimed at children 3-4 years old. Due to the fact that the Czechs can stretch, itโs not worth bothering with the fullness of the leg, my son has a rather plump leg and the Czechs of the specified size turned out to fit him. Czech shoes are very light, almost weightless, which means that the child will not feel discomfort when using them. The armhole is equipped with an elastic band that securely fixes this type of shoe on the leg, and also protects the legs from sand getting inside the shoe (if we are talking about using these shoes on the beach). The sole of the Czechs is made of a dense material, something similar to dermantine or artificial leather. This material prevents the legs from slipping in the water due to its rough surface, the roughness of the material allows you to protect your feet from the pain caused by walking on pebbles, so these shoes can be used during a family vacation at sea. The inner part of the insole is equipped with a cotton-based fabric cover that is pleasant to the touch. The nose of the shoes is reinforced with the same material from which the insole is made, however, in this case, it is hidden under the fabric, The fabric used here is the same fabric used to make the insole cover. The reinforced toe of the shoe protects the child's feet from hitting the same pebbles or sand mentioned earlier. The main material is soft and stretchy. The child is comfortable in these shoes. Tailoring did not cause any complaints - good neat performance. In a swimming pool. As it turned out, despite the fact that the child liked the Czechs, we had to take them off. They are not needed in the pool. The child, being in the pool, does not reach the bottom with his legs, moreover, children in such conditions feel so relaxed that the buttocks and legs themselves float to the surface of the water. Perhaps we are still too young, perhaps the child likes swimming and forgets about fears ... but in the pool you donโt need to put on anything other than rubber flip-flops. In fairness, Iโll say that in our group there are children older than my son, there are also those who are a little over 2 years old, but in our group there are no children who would practice in such shoes because there are no children who are afraid of water. But for a beach holiday, especially if the beach is not sandy, these shoes are indispensable. Of course, I recommend to buy.
