There are no problems with the seller. Shoes were delivered on time and in good condition. However, this is the worst shoe I've had in years. I don't understand this memory foam craze that every manufacturer is promoting. Come to think of it, memory foam has very little bounce and almost no cushioning after initial compression. My feet hurt from the soles to just above the knees. Somehow the design or the profile or both must have influenced my gait and caused tension on the medial menisci in both knees, which sometimes caused a lot of pain.
